when i masterbate (without ejaculation), i have severe pain or stiffness from neck to lower back any idea ?????? then i feel my numb in head ??????

I have the same on the right side of neck back, down to the lower area of my right shoulder. When the stiffness and pain go away, the whole POIS symptoms usually go away with it.
