When I was sick this year I had no POIS brainfog after 2 orgasms

In this year's winter, I had a temperature and a scratchy throat-some sort of illness-I had 1 nightfall and 2 orgasms and when weekend ended and I went to school I realized I didn't have brainfog, sluggish cognitive tempo and slower processing speed I'd have usually afterany orgasm for 1-2 weeks-I had as little brainfog as I'd usually have on 3 weeks of abstinence-at the same day I had another O-unfortunately POIS returned but I had 1 WD, 3 Os without POIS-a change I had during that time was a syrup I took-it had some extracts.

Has anyone ever had O without POIS and then it coming back again?

with me it used to come and go: i had periods (up till half a year) without POIS and periods with POIS.
Now it seems to be only periods with...
