Rectal itching and discharge?

Maybe a year or two after having my first orgasm, I've noticed that I had issues with a rectal discharge and itching that appeared randomly.  It has always been yellow with the consistency of water.  It has also always had the same odor, which is kind of hard to describe.  But anyway, I had a tendency to experience it more often when walking around after a bowel movement. My anus would itch and I would have to go back to the bathroom and wipe away the yellow discharge. Sometimes the discharge would be accompanied by bright red blood, but that rarely happened.  I'm curious if anyone else experiences this or knows what it is and if there is a connection to POIS.

This sounds like something that could be the result of Irritable Bowel Syndrome or something in the same vein. Another digestive issue Are you dieting for gut health? This is a warning sign to me of worse things to come if left alone.

I had the itching at least, and now that you mention it, perhaps a light discharge.

I went to the doc for hemorroides, one in particular that was a monster, and figured I'd take the opportunity to check the old prostate.

I mentioned the itching, and he said that it was probably due to the fact that the hemorroides swell and infect lightly and especially when one is big like this one,
can discharge something that causes the itch.}}He gave me a cream ( cost like $100 ) but boy was it worth it! Cleared it up in less than two days.

I have this itch always after POIS, even if it's light. Now I after the one application almost 6 weeks ago, just recently is the itch starting to slowly come back.

So I guess I'll have to use the cream again.

Dexametazone and Clotrimizol
