My last orgasm was last August 4th. Since then I'm living an authentic nightmare... I visited not only one physician but many. And still visiting... Trying to get out of this permanent POIS state... And now.... I get even worse with any arousal (any precum liquid. Even minimal).... As I said a true nightmare.

After 40 years of POIS, there is no possibility of any surprise anymore.

I am also well aware that there is a near zero probability that any physician I would consult knows anything about POIS.  And even if he would have heard about it, he would have nothing to offer.  Even the physicians on the "POIS Doctors" list I have created (see  http://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=2575.msg22338#msg22338 ) have no treatment to offer ( but at least, they know what POIS is and understand what we have to endure ).
You are 100% responsible for what you do with anything I post on this forum and of any consequence it could have for you.  Forum rule: ""Do not use POISCenter as a substitute for, or to give, medical advice" Read the remaining part at http://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=1.msg10259#msg10259

Thanks, Quantum.

You’ve beautifully summarized the unfortunately sad medical state of affairs we find ourselves in.

I think our only hope is to start appearing in credible medical journals. This will happen soon.

One alternative I found with some limited success is to simply get aggressive with doctors and “take charge” with our POIS knowledge and direct the medical treatment process with our superior POIS expertise.

We know more than they do.

10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business
