Hey guys, I was just wondering if anybody else experiences pain having to do with the spine.  For me, if I abstain for longer periods I get these "aches" and pressure points that actually alternate on different points of my spine.  It is very weird for me.  I usually get aches where the spine meets the brain, either on the left side or the right side (back left back right of brain).  The pain is only in 1 area at any given time, and moves around.  It can be in the back right of my brain, than the back left...  I can actually feel the inflammation radiating down my spine during some points and stay either in my chest area or lower back.  Does anybody else have problems like this?

*** edit, found out pains were due to some misalignment with my spine, that also caused pain in my head... not a POIS issue.

I don't really have that, but while in POIS the muscle and other tissue around my spine is very sensitive to the touch. It feels like the area around my spine and perhaps even my spine itself is in a constantly bruised state, but without visible signs of bruising.
Taking ginger tea, no wheat, fenugreek+green tea/garlic, saw palmetto, niacin, boswellia, huperzine, B complex and nutmeg. See my treatment summary post for more info: http://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=81.msg3513#msg3513

Just an update,

I figured out these pains in my spine and lower back of head actually come from lower spine problems I developed from snowboarding and playing basketball.  So I'm pretty sure they have nothing to do with POIS.  I have been going to the chiropractor and these pains have went away for a month so I stopped going.  Than they came back after I played basketball again and lifted a heavy tv.  So I should probably go right back to the chiropractor.  When I was going to the chiropractor I would go about once a month or less.  But now I'm going to get on a regimen of going about once every 2 weeks.  Hopefully these pains go away.

* update. . . and ok I found out I just updated this before, but whatever I'll update an update.
