Alpha gpc messed me up big time, at first it was great and felt massively comforting and I felt like god but I found it was giving me extreme anger and now maybe I have BPD. I tried nannas stack but the alpha gpc worked best on its own. It then started throwing me off balance cognitively and was also giving me poor motor function bad eye contact /awkward body posture. Overall it was just too inconsistent. It also made my legs very heavy and stiff when doing exercise.

I do think I have problems with my methyl cycle but its annoying when no conventional doctor looks at this.

Update posted on top post and here for good measure:

--update November 23, 2020 --
So since last year, I've dropped caffeine (too many headaches, sometimes made me too wired) and I take choline immediately before bed at night every night. I still do hiit equivalent workouts three times a week.  I don't overdo sugars. I find that I also need to reset things with an (O) at about 5-7 days or speech issues come back ina different form.  This is a 90% solution for me but works consistently.

Agreed I think fixing your methylation is one of the most important things you can do but in order for it to start working you need to experiment through trial and error with different amounts and different types of supplements: eg methyl b12 and folate only started working for me when i took Sam e + tmg and even with sam e I still could only take a tiny bit of methyl folate and b12, maybe you need a methyl donor maybe you don't or maybe only one type of methyl donor works for you eg: TMG but not alpha gpc. If still not working maybe you need to add electrolytes or lliposomal glutathione. You can also try folinic acid rather than methyl folate, I noticed I need to take b12 to tolerate the folate supplements. I also found I cannot tolerate hydroxocobalamin b12 at all
