If $50 to $100 or more seems like too much money to give for now, how about committing $5, $10, $20 or more per MONTH?

Select as many months as you want! 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months, whatever!  :)

10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business

i get symptoms if i get too aroused by thinking about it and dont even need an erection!!!
since i've started taking testogel and testosterone injections it can happen easier than ever....i just get a rush of energy amd start feeling weak all of a sudden and itll take me at least three days to recover

Thanks for the information... it all contributes to a POIS profile!

Just to be sure I understand : You said your symtoms got worse since you have started testo suplementation ?

My endocrinologist said my early testosterone  failure was due to injectables, because they  "spike" in and out of the system.

My TRT is daily, (365x a year), -- 2 Androderm patches, 4mg each -- testosterone patches applied to the skin -- this creates a more natural, round-the-clock infusion of testosterone, mimicking the way the body naturally distributes testosterone evenly/steadily throughout the body.

T-Gel does the same .

Injections are iffy, in my opinion.

So, again: I don't know for sure but I feel like a couple others here have stated that their symptoms can be most unpleasant on the second day post ejaculation.  I had that along with an orgasm not yesterday but the day before.  Today, once again, a panic attack awoke me and I was totally unsettled having just got up.  Pretty sure my post on here before this one had to do with the same thing: having been woken up in a similar fashion on the second day after orgasm.  Generally I've been feeling better though, it seems.  I don't have nearly as much general anxiety and panic (I just group all my symptoms in those terms, whether they're physical, emotional or mental.)  This morning, for instance, I got up with muscle aches, tension and soreness, lightheadedness, general feeling of unease, the urge to urinate and defecate, etc.  And about the urge to urinate and defecate: I know a lot of you probably aren't fans but one of Dr. Lin's websites lists off about 20 or so symptoms of sexual exhaustion.  One of them is the almost incontrollable need to urinate and defecate.  Actually a lot of those symptoms seemed legit and on point.  Anyway, just as the previous time, I used to washroom and got a glass of water and the symptoms started to subside enough for me to go back to sleep since it was another early wakeup call.

For me, in the peak of any anxiety prone moments of the POIS session, I take a Xanax, once also, a teaspoon of loratadina (or could be benadryl) helps to take the edge off, and even seems to cut the anxiety period short. Where it might last 2 days, it seems to just go away.

As far as urinating/defecating, for me that's normal ANY morning so I couldn't say!
WITHOUT RESEARCH THERE WILL BE NO CURE!
Sessions 5 to 9 days, mostly Flu-like, joints, digestion problems, light cognitive.
Niacin has changed my lif though, now 1 day MAX.
Somewhere in this interaction with Niacin is the answer!

Has anyone here ever heard or read anything about masturbation/arousal/ejaculation/POIS stuff being related to IBS-type (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) conditions?
