Cat-Scratch Disease

I read an article about a prolonged infection following exposure to bacteria from cats, it seems to be similar to Lyme disease.

Given that broad-spectrum antibiotics have worsened my health, I'm curious if we are suffering from some kind of lingering bacterial infection.

When I was younger I played with a cat in the frontyard and it scratched me on the arm I got freaked out back then and had hydrogen peroxide applied to the wound as far as I remember however nothing negative happened after that afterwards so I do not know but I do have slight feeling that my OCD and POIS started some time after this or at the very least back then when it happened I did not have POIS or any symptoms YET

There is something immunological to my POIS though because when I was sick with this strong cold in the 2020 February my POIS symptoms disappeared completely despite me having two orgasms and one nocturnal emission back then and it was like I felt fine afterwards so there might be some chronic latent infection that for some reason is not naturally kept at the bay by the immunity or at least the immunostimulation from being sick with that strong cold was able to turn that off temporarily for that moment
