Why don't we all try the Animus solutin, except...

Instead of castration we just get a vasectomy!

That should still enable us to achieve dry orgasm, without needing to go on hormone treatment and should be easier to explain to doctors as a treatment plan

There's a new treatment where, if I remember correctly, is a device that is inserted into the testicles which stop it from ejaculating. It's like a non-evasive version of vasectomy.

Unfortunately vasectomy is not enough!

Still POIS
WITHOUT RESEARCH THERE WILL BE NO CURE!
Sessions 5 to 9 days, mostly Flu-like, joints, digestion problems, light cognitive.
Niacin has changed my lif though, now 1 day MAX.
Somewhere in this interaction with Niacin is the answer!

If we get our seminal vessicles removed and our prostate reduced we shouldn't need to be castrated we just need a vasectomy right? That would enable us to have dry orgasms without needing hormone treatment

Personally I think that a better solution will come along. These surgeries are so permanent, and we've only got one "success" to go by.

Go through Animus's information, he should know better than any of us. It HAS turned his life around!

As long as niacin works for me, I can hold out until something better comes along.

Yeah, i suggested this method some time ago and I suspect it should work. You can find this discussion here: http://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=453.0 and on NSF.

Testosterone cured my POIS and helped half a dozen of us. Sure, there are fertility risks, but between the successes of niacin and testosterone, and the promise of even more advances - soon - radical surgical measures may be completely unnecessary in the near future!

10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business
