Edging the cause of POIS?

Hello, we really need to look into the edging,  prostate, and rectum (large intestine) connection. I believe POIS is caused by edging.
Edging has caused damaged to our prostate. When we edged multiple times, we reverse the natural ejaculation action, causing the semen to back up in the prostate. 
What happens to our prostate when we over edge?
I believe the prostate may have been overwhelmed, and  damaged, causing semen to escape into our scotums and rectum. This creates gut issues and immune response where the semen crosses the blood-testis barrier.
I started having POIS after edging 12 yrs ago. I would edge so long that I think the semen backed up in my prostate and damaged my prostate wall. It felt like my semen was released into rectum. think the damage to the prostate may have caused a fistula of the prostate and anal wall.
