It is probably best to provide an English translation as well (e.g. by google lens). Anyway this is the ingredient list of Vitality Su Oral Liquid: Polygonum multiflorum (Fo-Ti), Epimedium (Horny goat weed), Polygonatum sibiricum [processed], Lycium barbarum (Goji berry/wolfberry), Astragalus, Salvia miltiorrhiza (Danshen).

This appears to be an interesting combination. I have already tried all of these individually with the exception of Polygonatum sibiricum. Most of them were beneficial to some degree. I suspect Epimedium to be the most active ingredient as it may provide the most immediate benefit. I also found Horny goat weed to be quite useful recently. Icariin, found in Epimedium, is a PDE5 inhibitor similarly to tadalafil (Cialis) and sildenafil citrate (Viagra) that some POISers had success with. Some of us also found Goji berries to be quite useful. It is a good source of quercetin that was extensively discussed on the forum. I have taken it for a year without seeing much benefit though. This doesn’t mean that it is not useful, just that the benefit is not so apparent. I am just over a box of Astragalus that seemed to be a little beneficial in the beginning, but no so much later. I only took a low daily dose, so a higher dose may be yet useful. I drank Danshen tea a few times and I got a bad inflammation around the liver due to it. I think the dose I used was too high, but one should be careful as it may be harmful for the liver. It may have long term benefits, but that should only occur after a few months. I could not see any immediate benefit with Fo-Ti either, but it may help with a graying hair-line and I may take this more often in the future as my hair is turning gray nowadays. Polygonatum sibiricum probably has similar benefits as Polygonum multiflorum, though it may have some unique compounds. Resveratrol is probably found in both. I found that to be very useful in the beginning, however resveratrol lost most of its benefit soon and even after 1.5 years of continuous taking there is no long term improvement regrettably.

Nevertheless I hope you will keep having success with this formula or any of the ingredients and maybe even achieve some long term improvement! Keep us updated!
The cause is probably a combination of autoimmunity and SASP leading to excessive oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation. Antioxidants, testosterone, NO and norepinephrine boosters, ERbeta, sigma-1, SIRT-1 and dopamine agonists, PDE4, PDE5 inhibitors and CD36 antagonists are effective.
