10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business

Interesting: If I didn't have an orgasm in the last 4 days or so, I get hyperactive and unfocused. I also have the desire to bite my nails.
After orgasm I get the "post nut clarity". Only on next day I get my (remaining, as I improved over the years) POIS symptoms (full body aches, bit anxiety, impatience/agressiveness, fatigue).
