What percentage of the population has POIS or how many people have POIS ?

Hello , I am a new member . I have been suffering with POIS for at least the past few years . My symptoms are mostly just cognitive which can last from a day to a week after ejaculation or just sexual pleasure with no ejaculation . I have tried some methods to try to reduce the symptoms which have mostly not worked to the full extent of even diminishing my POIS by 50% .   

The main purpose of this post is this that I would like to know what percentage of the population has POIS or how many people do you think have had POIS or have POIS ?  POIS is a rare disease , so I believe about 1 in 1500 people have it if we follow the definition of a rare disease according to US Rare Diseases Act of 2002 .
