Nerve membrane stabiliser for pois inflammation

Hi guys as we all know pois cause inflamamtion in tissues causing flue like symptims
I want to ask do you have any remommendation of good nerve membrane stabiliser that can relax you during attack of pois

I want to avoid benzodiazepines as much as possible
POIS of 10 yrs now

Same here. Diazepam (benzo) is the ONLY thing I know of that masks 80% of symptoms while in POIS. But for me a 2 mg pills wears off entirely in 5 hours. After 5 hours of taking it, I am back into POIS completely to finish the cycle of 3 day POIS. I have never taken 2 tablets in one day because benzos are addictive, and I imagine very unhealthy overall.
