my experience for last half year
« on: September 30, 2020, 12:21:53 AM »
I tried:
1.Lidocaine. It helped me a lot. I had not any brain fog, my mood was good. But i had some sideeffects. I had smth, which is simmilar to night ejaculation. And i stopped taking it.
2. Parracetomol/aspirin/coffee. I took them as three components, not as one pillow. It was not bad. I felt strong.
But i want to say one thing. When i take niacin, i do not feel that i sexually preoccupied. And it is big advantage. When i take other things i feel sexually preoccupied and it interrupt me.

How do you use lidocaine? As a local anesthetic before O ?

If it helps and it numbs nerves can it mean odd nerve communication can be involved in POIS?

My way: apply a local anesthetic (lidocaine spray) to the head of the genitals for 10-15 minutes. For me, this relieves almost all symptoms: the mind is clear, the mood is normal, the weight does not decrease. But there is one point. The next morning, a small amount of fluid (possibly semen) may be released (drop). But in my opinion, this does not cause any symptoms.

it will be cool if it helps someone. But remember that lidocaine may be contraindicated, you should consult your doctor

I have been using lidocaine spray already for half year. It helps me a lot. It reduce all my symptoms for 95%. I just  feel sleepy next day a bit.
I spray it to penis head 30 minutes before sexual activity. There is just one problem. If you had some night dream, tiny amount of liquid (which seems like cum) may appear. And i think it does not influence me. Anybody tried it?

Fascinating. And you are a different person than Riki? I only ask because your method of writing is similar.

What would that mean for POIS? What happens exactly that is relieved in this way? I just read that it says it is a sodium channel blocker. Does that mean POIS occurs somehow through nerve communication or what?
