Why POISCenter.net has around the half of POISCenter.com members

POISCenter.net which is a Russian POIS forum has around the half of members of POISCenter.com which is a global forum and has people from all around the world does that mean for some reason in Russia and post-soviet states there could be more cases of POIS for some reasons or maybe due to atheistic influence people from those countries are more likely to recognize that POIS is abnormal and not think some superstitious explanations instead or what is the cause of so many POISers being from Russia at least ones that have talked about having POIS on the Internet?

Message posted by admin at dec 05 2019 states that there appears to be inflow of spam-bots register on a site so he tighten up registration process. It seems like there was no "firewall" reg system like here before so many memebers of a forum might be bots or occasional trolls.
