I don't understand question so gut... I get pain sometimes 15 minutes after orgasm and sometimes the next day.
Shower is very good for me, but helps only 30 minutes...
Walk in the winter is so good that I would sleep outside!
I don't feel the pain below 0 degrees.
Hiking in the mountains for whole day is the best cure for me. It changes something in my body and I become healthy as a normal human.
