Has anyone else found some relief taking Sudafed?

Hi and hope everyone is doing well!

I took sudafed the other day after an orgasm befote going to sleep and not only did it help me get better sleep but it help alleviate most of the brain fog that I usually would get the next day as well as my my social anxiety. I wouldn't say it cures but I did feel about 70-80% better.

Does your Sudafed contain Phenylephrine or Pseudoephedrin? If you search the forum, both can be found.
In general, it seems to also contain Ibuprofen which helps some people.

Sudafed sinus plus is the one I?ve been taking. I threw out the box but ill check next time im at the pharmacy what it?s components are and post it here.
