Sound like POIS?
« on: April 01, 2012, 11:00:27 PM »
Well, I guess it started about 2 months ago, these symptoms... I don't recall having them in the past. If I did, it wasn't a constant thing.

I've been noticing after I "O" (sorry, I'm shy haha) I start feeling sick to my stomach rather quickly, like I'm either going to vomit or... otherwise need a washroom quickly. I also get achy like you would from a cold or flu, and then my chest feels tight and I get very dizzy. The chest tightness and dizziness seem to last the longest of the symptoms. Although I continue to get spells of nausea for a few hours afterward, but they come and go. And most times, my skin feels almost... too sensitive too, right afterward, but that's part of the previously mentioned "achiness" I guess.

I am a female, by the way, and I'm 19 years old.

Oh.. and I know MrMoonJr in real life haha.

P.s. I find it really difficult to think properly afterward and feel super tired, too. Forgot to add those in.

I don't get the nausea, but I do get joint pain (if that's included in your achy symptoms) and my skin does feel very sensitive afterwards to the point where even if my hair touches a part of my face it will be irritating in a way that completely distracts me.

The tiredness and the difficulty thinking afterwards are very common symptoms of POIS. Others on the forums have had nausea as well. It does sound like POIS to me. Most people can have an orgasm with no negative symptoms.

First off, thanks everyone for replying.

My symptoms last a pretty long time. I'd say it's about 24 - 48 hours before I'm feeling normal, sometimes longer, but usually about 24 - 48 hours. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "automatic"? These symptoms occur almost instantly after an "O". Since this is new-ish to me, they just kind of pass slowly on their own over the course of 24 - 48 hours, because I haven't sought out any remedies as of yet.
