Hi Rinat,
I have just checked form our side, and your "Rinat" account is still listed.   If there is a ban, it may be on server side, but not our side ( they sometime have IP put on block list, and sometime by error ).  No reason for us to ban you.
Do you have that same message even if you use another browser to log in, like Firefox instead of Chrome, or else ?
What is the exact message you get ?
Let me know if I can help you further, or if you will just go on with your new Riki account.
