PCOS-like symptoms in POIS

I have some PCOS-like symptoms but I'm a male with POIS. Do you see any similar symptoms to PCOS?

I think lots of the symptoms are the same - the blood sugar/insulin issues the first days after O I get. Insulin resistance despite being underweight. The mental symptoms. Excess androgens. Elevated DHEA-S - those are my symptoms, not saying all POIS people have them but food for thought.
