Best possible cure for POIS(2025)
« on: February 17, 2025, 01:50:27 PM »
Hello Everyone,I am new to this platform and there are so many topics and observations to read so I HOPE SOMEONE WHO HAS ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE CAN HELP ME , I want to know best possible ways I can try to achieve 100% POIS Free solution. My clusters are

Cluster 1(general cluster):exhausting,concentration difficulties, quickly irritated, can not stand noice,depressed mood,low motivation.

Cluster 2 (flu-like cluster): feverish, shivery, ill with flu, feeling sick, feeling cold;

Cluster 3 (head cluster): headache, foggy feeling in the head, heavy feeling in the head;

Cluster 4 (eyes cluster): burning, red injected eyes, watery, irritating, itching eyes, painful eyes;

Cluster 5 (nose cluster): congestion nose, watery, runny nose, sneezing;

Cluster 6 (throat cluster):  dry mouth, sore throat, tickling cough;

Cluster 7 (muscle cluster): muscle tension in back or neck, muscle weakness, pain muscles

My observation was I followed abstinence for 3 to 4 weeks properly then later many clusters vanished I suffered with cluster 1,2,3 for a period of 5 to 6months whenever I ejaculated during which frequency was less but after that period i increased frequency to 3 to 4 times a week and after a week or two weeks all those clusters came back and its very exhausting but suprisingly fatigue was never my issue at all,My main issue is with cough ,flu like symptoms and cluster 1 . Mucus gets formed a lot thats the most irritating part and I havent found it in others symptoms nor in waldinger cluster.

It would be really great if someone can help me with possible cure with as less medications as possible .

The most productive thing for you to do is go to this page and begin testing everything on there. Make sure to also test whether diet effects your POIS.

While you're doing that, begin researching specialists who have vast experience in healing complex chronic conditions similar to POIS. Don't just settle for any medical doctor. You need to actually work with specialists who have experience in healing complex chronic conditions i.e., chronic fatigue, IBS, immunological conditions, gut issues, etc. This is an underrated piece of advice, and not something that is emphasised enough. The best specialists pull from multiple domains i.e., modern western medicine & science, and traditional medicine (herbalism, TCM, etc), while at the same time having a clear understanding of what's scientific or useful, and what's ideological hot garbage. I would also recommend to choose a specialist from your country (if possible) as they will have good understanding of the most affordable, practical, and comprehensive testing for your local area (and details around health insurance etc). Once you've identified a good specialist, give them the time to really work on your case.

Understand that each POIS case is highly individualistic. The community has identified common clusters as you've outlined in your post, but even so it still seems to be the case that within the clusters there is still individual variation.

Get as much medical testing done as possible.

Nothing I say is medical advice. Always do your own research. Follow anything I say at your own discretion.
