On the one hand, I can't even imagine having sex when I'm in POIS, until about day 5 or even 4, but I have the same problem in that I never really get out. The other day, I was near finishing my cycle when whammo, got a cold. Miserable. My wifey "wasn't available", and of course, as son as she was, my cold was just about finishing.

Right into day 1 again.

I hardly ever manage to have one or two days clean!!

So I know what you mean!

it is interesting we deal with pois similarly, i also love my earphones and music.
i can stand going to walmart where i live is small enough that you can see everybody you know in walmart in one night.
i try not to go to social gathering because i know i will get stuck in a one on one conversation that i will misearably fail at.

I don't really have the social stress, principally because my cognative symptoms are lighter, but the effect is more insidious... I don't really realize I'm screwing up until it's too late.

Like going to the store, feeling.... well, ill, but capable. When you ask for what you want, you can't find the words you're looking for so you put someting "close" in its place, and then you're doubley confused when she finally passes you a rubber duckie with onion rings because that's what you asked for!!

I'm really past worrying about what people think. But then I've always been a loner anyways.

Anyways, that's POIS!

i took seroxat 5 hours ago very little 0.5 mg and i think i am feeling a bit better , or may i am coming out of pois , i dont know .......
