I was taking taurine, colostrum l arginine and super enzymes I couldn't tell which ones were doing good so I stopped. I've also started the anti depressant Bupropion so I'm unsure if I can try those supplements again with the antidepressant, I know my doctor won't know either.

I think the colostrum was doing good at first I felt much stronger but at the same time I was getting weird sensations in my prostate constantly and a slight burning when peeing at one point in the day. I also didn't like that it boosted IGF1 so I stopped and the cancer risks.

I think L-Arginine is the one that provides the benefits out of those you have listed. Which brand are you taking? I'm using Now Sports L-Arginine Powder (454 gram tub) which is pretty much the best quality that I can find without any nasty filler ingredients, it is Free-Form L-Arginine which is the most usable type. The Now Sports L-Arginine powder smells exactly like my semen so that's got to be significant, I haven't come across anything else in life that has the same smell, I now wonder if my semen production requires huge amounts of Arginine.

I also have Doctor's Best Arginine HCL (inferior form of arginine) and that doesn't have the same smell, it smells kind of like glue or new carpet.

I'm curious if you have taken 3000mg of L-Arginine a day. I think my adverse reaction to antibiotics may be causing issues at that dosage but I keep finding myself going back to L-Arginine as it seems to do something. I took 3000mg again today after having a bad reaction previously at that dose so I will have to see if it makes my cartilage hurt and my hair fall out tomorrow. I guess there's always the risk that I'm feeding some kind of latent herpes infection which is the main risk of using Arginine.
Disclaimer: Please research all supplements thoroughly and take them at your own risk. I am not responsible for any adverse reaction you may suffer.

Avoid all Fluoroquinolone antibiotics including Ciprofloxacin, Levaquin and Avelox.
