I've just read
https://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=2027.msg15927#msg15927 and it confirms what I suspected and what scientists suggest, that there might be different causes(=different kinds) of POIS.
My conclusion is that while suffering from mostly only Emotional POIS symptoms, suplementing Niacin isn't probably solution for me...
Before I read it I tried suplementing Niacin 100mg, but there were times while it gave me red spots all over my body, and made me itchy... (Did I overdose, or is suplementing Niacin just not for me?)
My current stack is: Vitamin D 6000j-8000j and a lot of L-Theanine. L-theanine has just a calming effect, and sometimes I feel it, but sometimes not so much. What do you think about vitamin D in my case?
anyways this topic is about Stack for Emotional POIS Symptoms. Pleas share your ideas on the stack, and feel free to comment on my and others(cause I presume stacks will differ broadly depending on Symptoms right?)
