Vitamin B5 and Hematuria
« on: August 11, 2019, 08:43:39 PM »
Has anyone ever taken high doses of vitamin B5?  I tried taking 1000mg and three hours later I had a fever that lasted 8 hours.  Overnight I had a wet dream.

The next day, after my _daily_ exercise (I've been doing this for four years so nothing new), I had this sensation of urgently needing to pee/poo.  I started peeing bright red blood so thick I couldn't see the bottom of the toilet bowl.  It got better over a few days.

Haven't had it happen since I stopped B5.  Just wondering if anyone else with POIS has had this experience.

Hey Buckaroo,

Taking too much vitamins can lead to side effects and is heavy of the liver. Perhaps if you want a more efficient metabolism of these vitamins ask your doctor if he can prescribe you vitamins injection.
