NAC clears the liver and helps to restore glutathione. I took NAC and I didn't felt it helping me with POIS, however, it's a well studied supplement and its antioxidant properties will benefit your health overall.

Also, I never tried glutathione as a supplement by itself.

NAC makes me feel slightly better sometimes. It has to be taken with vitamin C. Glutathione makes me feel worse.

(Just my experience).
Male, INTJ. POIS symptoms: red eyes, ear-pain, anxiety, speech problems, pale/ugly skin, stiff neck, double chin, tinnitus, light sensitivity. POIS even after stimulation without O.
