Hi, according to the people on nofap reddit forum. There?s difference between orgasm from having sex and orgasm from masturbation that if you stop masturbating and only achieve orgasm through sex you won?t get any orgasm sickness. Can anyone speak from experiences whatever or not this is true?

I will admit sex is a bit different than masturbation when it comes to self confidence which could help your mentality a bit after sex but the inflammation persists and I find my self ending up with a very a self destructive relationship.
I miss sex honestly but yeah it's not that different for me than masturbation when it comes to POIS.

Maybe it's not POIS. I have POIS and everytime I ejaculate from having sex or masturbate symptoms are exactly the same. Night ejaculation gets me weaker POIS tho.
