first of all i shoud say that my english is so so .excuse me for this 8
im 29 years old . unfortunately i suppose that i realized this POIS diagnosis very late and compeletely by chance during surfing the internet . i have been visited so many doctors such as psychologists and also immune doctors and general medical doctors .and they they have not yet diagnosied me with POIS until i get realized that this all symptoms were only considered to a single disorder named POIS completely by chance . i would like to share my symptoms :
note: if i have a NE , i will have only 20 percent of my pois symptoms .
but if i do masturbate or sex consciously specially masterbating ,my POIS symptoms will arise .
the symptoms :
1- extremly fatigue sense and need for sleep and also i sleep near 12 hour a day
2- having flu like and even more severe than real flue like condition . untill now i was thinking that because of lose of more enerjy my body get flu
but because i had no other syptoms of flu , i was confusing every time that what type of flu is this
but flu like symptoms of mine doesnt happen every time .it happens near 1 in 5 .some time its severe some time is not . my body temp is normally on 36.7 but during this flu like condition it rises up to 37.4 ...
3 -exteremely geting hungry after one day .
4- irritability and nervousness and getting angry for each small issue .
5- have not concentration and have no ability to thinking .in these thays generally i have no idea about anything
6- lasts for 3 or 4 day
7- having extreme need for sex every time despite that having sex leads me to this bad condition
8- some sense of itchiness and rash but not severe
after getting treated with fluxetine citalopram olanzapine these drugs didnt help compeletely .but latest one
is symbalta 30 mg thats a major depression disorder and general anxiety drug . this drug helped more than others
for my sleepness and much need for sleep my doctor gave me narcofenil (provigil)25mg a day .and i should say this one exactely reduced need for sleep .
two years ago after repeated masturbating without space in summer i got very sever leg pain and joint pains all over body then start to have fever and flu like syptoms .then started to swollen lymph nodes first from my left side neck right side neck then lower nodes down to my legs during one month . doctors said sizes of noes were not bigger than the sizes that need to treatment . i was worried that i had lymphoma
but now after that i become familiar with Pois , i can guess that may be it was related to some autoimmune system . but im angry that why no doctor cant suspect me of POIS
im not sure that really what disorder i have ? POIS ? major depression? General anxiety? Narcolepsy ?
if someone have any idea please share with me .
