Pois-immunity-rapamycin immunosuppressant

Rapamycin, an inhibitor of the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), has significant immunosuppressive effects primarily on both adaptive and innate immune responses. Here are the key areas where rapamycin exerts its influence.

In summary, rapamycin suppresses immunity by inhibiting effector T cell functions while promoting regulatory T cell populations and modulating innate immune cell activity.

Pois-MCAS connection.

For me personaly it is intresting genetic factor
(mutations like the KIT D816V)and
more intresting immune dysregulation.

Idiopatic MCAS-pois, because we do not know idndiwidualy
wich is triger for that exact pois individuall.

2. Immune System Dysregulation
In some cases, MCAS can occur as a secondary condition related to other immunological disorders. For instance, individuals with primary immunodeficiencies may experience dysregulated mast cell activity due to an inability of other immune components to function properly3. This dysregulation can lead to heightened sensitivity and inappropriate activation of mast cells.

Hi B jim, we slowly connecting dots and we can ewen now conclude
that pois is largly immune driven condition.
Youd dont hawe an apha gal allergy, but this poiser hawe it,
so, what trigger immunity response in pois for you, it is probbly
different in other group of poisers.
For exemple, in upper post, if you hawe compromissed immunity,
that it self can trigger MCAS disorder.

From xoliar, rapamycin, corticosteroids, hCG, testosterone, progesterone,
antihistamines, anti inflamatories...etc etc
All this when you taking it, act on immunity suppression from different
angles.

Demo, thanx for Perplexity AI [search] idea, very very helpful.

Happy to oblige! :)

Hopeoneday, I asked Perplexity AI (bold emphasis below is also mine - - meant only for you and other forum readers. I don’t think this AI recognizes ‘bold’):

“Compared with other AI search is Perplexity AI more focused on textual responses vs just providing links?

Answer:

“Perplexity AI is more focused on providing detailed textual responses rather than just offering links, distinguishing it from traditional search engines [e.g., Google] and some AI tools like ChatGPT. It combines AI chatbot features with search engine capabilities, offering concise, fact-based answers supported by multiple sources. Unlike ChatGPT, which may rely on pre-existing data, Perplexity AI performs real-time web searches to deliver up-to-date information and includes source links for verification. This approach makes it particularly useful for users seeking accurate and well-researched information quickly.”

This above answer explains why I prefer Perplexity AI for search.
