Soon after the forums began in 2007, I had some good symptomatic POIS relief with Viagra (competitor Levitra brand instead). But eventually it stopped working.

If you’re anything like me, be careful with Viagra & heart conditions! (I had a bypass soon after, but not saying it’s necessarily cause & effect).

Thanks for pointing this out, demografx.

We are already seeing a spike in the use of "supposedly natural" (they aren't) Viagra-like brands here in Spain or Portugal... by people in their 20s and 30s who only want to enhance their sexual performance. Moreover, they do it illegally, obtaining it in the black market. Doctors are already warning against side effects and its use at these ages, even specifying that people who suffer from heart conditions might be at risk. We should exercise maximum restrain with these methods, since there are others which are less aggressive!

MANY thanks for reinforcing and expanding my message.
10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business
