Thanks for posting this.
I have read a few books on this subject written in 19th century.
1. Manhood and Marriage by Bernarr Macfadden :

2. SPERMATORRHOEA: ITS CAUSES, SYMPTOMS, RESULTS, AND TREATMENT by Roberts Bartholow :

https://www.forgottenbooks.com/en/books/ExcessiveVeneryMasturbationandContinence_10007004Those books explain how excessive seminal losses are
NOT normal or physiological, rather, they are abnormal or pathological. Back in the days, Western medicine classified this as a sexual disorder which was primarily caused by masturbation, and the term "spermatorrhea" was coined ( wikipedia :
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spermatorrhea ). But now, Western medicine no longer accepts the concept of spermatorrhea and any physician will tell you that involuntary seminal loss / nocturnal emission is a normal bodily function. The question is : how can it be normal when it occurs excessively and debilitates a person physically?
This disease is prevalent in Eastern countries from centuries and is usually treated by traditional medicines such as homeopathy (this disease is listed in actual homeopathy materia medica and the remedy is also mentioned {such as this :
http://www.homeoint.org/books/boericmm/c/chin.htm [the first line says "Debility from exhausting discharges, from loss of vital fluids, together with a nervous erethism, calls for this remedy"] } ).
However, Western medicine (or "science-based" medicine) doesn't fail to prove it wrong. South Asian continents such as India are flooded with patients having spermatorrhea (passing of semen though nocturnal emission or urine followed by weakening symptoms). In Western medicine, it is simply classified as a psychiatric condition and it's renamed "dhat syndrome". Also it was considered as an Indian culture bound syndrome.
"Dhat syndrome" resources :
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dhat_syndrome [ interesting fact is : wikipedia says " Dhat syndrome might be related to other post-orgasmic diseases, such as post-coital tristesse (PCT),
postorgasmic illness syndrome (POIS), and sexual headache." ]

I don't know the truth either. I just wrote the objective facts.
As a conclusion, all I can say is that don't underestimate the power of homeopathy. I have grown on homeopathy and all of my family members trust on it for a simple fact that it
works.. It might be anecdotal or "pseudo-science" but still it works. At the end of the day, the
result matters to the patient, not the science involved in it. Millions of patients get cured by homeopathy.
I have not tried homeopathy for treating my condition. But I will definitely do.
Interesting video on homeopathy :
