Doubt about orgasm

I was thinking earlier that maybe we POIS sufferers not only suffer in the post orgasmic phase but also have an orgasm less pleasurable than healthy people, my orgasm have been always strange, pleasurable but with a substrate of melancoly and not fully enjoyable, maybe my POIS trigger istantly and after the first spasm of ejaculation I am yet in POIS.

Any thoughts?
