What kind of provider?
« on: January 24, 2017, 05:42:34 PM »
Hello, I'm thankful to be discovering this site after suffering from these symptoms for 3.5 years without knowing it to have a name!

I would like to begin working with a specialist provider to troubleshoot.  I'm confused about who to go to first.

Urologist?  Endocrinologist?  Rheumatologist?  Immunologist?

How do you recommend I begin the treatment journey?

I started with an endocrinologist.

But that doesn't mean it's right! (For you).

Unfortunately, we have all had to find our best answers for ourselves! :(

10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business
