Great results with Yerba Mate tea.

Hey guys,

I felt that I should share a small success story among many failures I've had in terms of finding out how to cope with POIS.

I've noticed that drinking Yerba Mate tea significantly improves my cognitive and physical well-being, directly following an O and the days after.

Improvements in my cognitive symptoms are: feeling more upbeat and overall happier, having more directed focus, reduction in brain fog and more importantly internal dialogue, more motivation, reduction in stuttering / slurred speech. My anxiety is still present but it is way diminished compared to not drinking the tea.

I've noticed that directly after an O, my urine becomes insanely frothy/bubbly. Drinking Yerba Mate helps push me through more urinary movements and I can achieve a clean movement with no bubbles and clear-ish urine.

Improvements in my physical symptoms are: way less muscular fatigue. I'm regularly active, and the worst part of POIS for me is having to deal with the whole body fatigue. It kills my performance. It's as if I have never worked out to begin with. Very frustrating. With Yerba Mate however, the symptoms are reduced and I am able to workout. My intensity won't be as great compared to abstaining for 3-5 days, but it's manageable.

I have the same feeling and the same result with taurine : a general calming down effect and feel more energized and less tired after orgasm.
