Nocturrnal Emissions and pois
« on: April 29, 2015, 10:00:21 AM »
I read a lot of times people saying about NEs, because of a lot of time of abstinence. For me, this is not true. I have NEs because of POIS. POIS cause my NEs.

Before Pois, I never ever had POIS. With POIS, I can have NEs even if I had a O in the same night.  In two times I had two NEs in the same night, which is a contradiction in abstinence theory.

Last nigh, I had a O before sleep and had a NEs in the night.

I am writing this because a I think this is a importantant point to study the causes of POIS.

What do you think?

The same thing happens to me too. Its like the more sex I have the more NE's I have. I wish someone out there had a cure for NE's! I think NE's and P0iS in general is caused by high levels of acetylcholine. I think when they finish there research, the answer will be in acetylcholine. Good luck...
My POIS Symptoms:  Brain Fog, frustration, stuffed nose, anger, anxiety, intense hunger, low self esteem, swollen face, and feel zoned out.

Nocturnal Emissions can be excruciating. However, I believe it may be avoided if you clear your bladder by urinating prior to going to sleep. In addition, it may or may not help to avoid drinking fluids during bedtime. This is because when your bladder feels full, it may be more pressure to having a nocturnal emission. Also, try to eliminate any stress in your life, because that might also be a contributing factor.

As for Pois, I have had it practically since after puberty. However, I noticed that after I lost a significant amount of weight and strength, my symptoms have gotten worse.
