Have you tried it? it helps me a lot but try to eat around say 6 p.m. on day 1 and don't eat til after 6p.m. on the second day. Don't go to bed hungry because it will negatively affect sleep (this happened to me not sure how others will react). This is more like intermittent fasting but it relieves POIS symptoms a lot and I also need to experiment with it more so fasting is still in its infancy as a treatment.
