Blurry vision in pois and insulin making it worse

I have blurry vision in pois and if I take insulin to treat my pois the symptoms of POIS increases 5 times
If I did not debetis I might get in trouble so any one Pls guide

AFTER SEX/MASTERBATION (FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS)
1)BACK NECK PAIN GOES TO DOWN SPINE
2)NERVES LIKE SQUEEZED OUT
3)MORNING FEET NERVES PAIN
4)NASAL INFLAMMATION
5)BRAIN FOG
6)DEPRESSION
7)HIGH SUGAR LEVELS (TRIED INSULIN FOR 1 YEAR MAKE ME MORE SICK

Blurred vision is a sign of low blood sugar. This is likely because you have been taking insulin without diabetes and the guidance of a doctor. I would recommend you don't take medications that make you worse, but I'm no expert...
Symptoms last 6-7 days. Onset of muscle weakness after 30 seconds. Symptoms include: brain fog, fatigue, depression, pale skin/dark circles under eyes,  digestive problems, difficulty taking a full breath, irritability. NONE of these are present out of POIS.

I have the meter it's not hypoglycemia
Only 4 units and my eyes starting to burn
I know everything about daiebetes and I was in touch with the best doctor in country
