I have all types of skin reactions after orgasm which are extremely uncomfortable and so itchy I have itched skin right off my neck and forearms arms in my sleep. Other body sites effected are my hands, lips, eye lids, chest, genitals/groin, and behind my knees. To alleviate the sensation of sharp tingling, burning and I use the skin care product Eucerin. It comes in multiple topical forms, applicable to the type of symptoms your feeling. They actually make one that lessens reddening of the skin, if you are concerned about your appearance and a calming body wash for reducing irritation. I find their dry skin cream particularly helpful in the climate in the winter here in the the Northeastern US. Aveno also makes a great oatmeal body wash, which I use on a regular basis.

If you do not have access to these products good old fashioned cardiovascular exercise always helps my ailing skin. It initially inflames my skin and body even more so, yet over time it helps to protect against more severe skin reactions. Consistency must be maintained when exercising though, in my case if I break away from the cardio my skin and other bodily inflammation gets terribly worse.
