Adrenaline Observation

My POIS cycle is always 6 days long. However, about two weeks ago, on a monday, I entered a cycle. On thursday, (day 3 or 4, depending how you look at it) I injured myself at work. I bled quite a bit, and I felt a burst of adrenaline. After the adrenaline wore off, I felt great, no POIS at all.

Just curios, is there anybody with severe allergies who has used an epi-pen in POIS? If so, did it relieve your symptoms?

Symptoms last 6-7 days. Onset of muscle weakness after 30 seconds. Symptoms include: brain fog, fatigue, depression, pale skin/dark circles under eyes,  digestive problems, difficulty taking a full breath, irritability. NONE of these are present out of POIS.
