What are people's thoughts on this?

Is POIS really just one illness, that maybe has a cure that can benefit everybody with POIS? Or is it a diverse bunch of symptoms that can only be cured by treating each underlying illness in turn?

For example, some people seem to find Niacin amazingly helpful. Others have found relief via testosterone - or lack of testosterone. We have had a number of "one-off" forum posters who have reported being cured of their POIS, through a wide variety of different treatments - like Cornelius and Animus.

There does not seem to be any scientific link between our different successes. Would multiple types of POIS - POISA, POISB, POISC - explain what we know so far?

Please let me add that I am trying to think outside the box a little. I don't want to discredit anybody else's work or ideas - the work of the POIS community so far has been nothing less than inspirational.
