It's such a weird thing to see our illness featured in a list like this, sites like BuzzFeed have mad "TOP #" lists so popular on the internet. They are usually only for entertainment, but every once in a while they are education and informative. I hope that this exposure reaches another lost boy or man who doesn't know why he is sick...

Thanks io9
Turmeric and Rosemary 30-45 minutes before orgasm for anti-inflammatory and immune support has helped me a lot. Faster and easier than niacin approach.

From above link:

"Have you heard of post-orgasm illness syndrome, or POIS? It's something entirely different from post-coital regret; it's a rare condition characterized by flu-like symptoms — including fever, runny nose, extreme fatigue and burning eyes — that arise following ejaculation and can last for up to a week. It's basically one of the most unfortunate syndromes on Earth. Ever."

10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business
