It loads for a minute then times out... See the attached screenshots. I also did a traceroute which may help with troubleshooting.

Hi Miyagi,
Do you get the same message that you had posted before ?  If yes, this is not a banned message, but a connection problem.
We do not ban any country, so you should be able to connect, even without a VPN.  If not, it may depend on your Internet Service Provider.  Where are you in the world?  In some countries, like in mainland China, poiscenter.com is sometimes blocked, because there are many sex-related words on poiscenter.com (like ejaculation, masturbation, orgasm, etc), so we may get on black list of some states' internet services, because it is wrongly assume that we are a porn site.

More specifically, from what country is your Internet Service Provider?  Do they block sites they consider offensive or innapropriate ?

However, you can do some easy tests:

try and see if you can log in with another browser without problem ( like Firefox, Chrome, instead of Explorer), or even with another device, like a cell phone, or another computer. If you can, that means the problem is in the cache/memory of the browser with which you get the ban message. Then, by emptying the cache memory, and also, deleting cookies for this browser ( you have to do both), it should log in again with no problem. It worked for many members having the same problem as you. Let me know if this works for you as well.

If any device using your usual internet connection has the same "Ban" message, send me your current IP address ( for those reading this help message and not knowing what an IP is, you can find it easily by going to https://www.whatismyip.com/ (https://www.whatismyip.com/) - your IP is a combination of 4 numbers separated by points, like 80.112.32.01 ).  I will then check if it is on any ban list that blocks you from accessing the forum, or can simply put you on our "unban" list, even if you are not subject to any ban.

Hi Quantum, thanks for your response. Nothing has changed since my first msg. Ot doesnt specifically say my IP is blocked on the website, so i suppose it was a wrong choice of words. The connection just times out with no response from the server. This happens on my home fiber and my cellphone. My cell uses a Vodacom sim which is the main cellular provider of South Africa. With the fiber my ISP is Afrihost, which is also a South African ISP. I think i tried connecting from my works WIFI and I think i have the same problem, but ill test it again on Monday. Ill also test other devices to confirm that the problem is not related to my fone, tho i recall trying a different phone when i encountered the problem the first time. I dont think the forum itself, or even the website is blocking the IP's...i suspect it is the ISP that hosts the poiscenter website, their firewall that is blocking it. Let me run some more tests and gather more data.
