Title: Etcosp's case
Post by: etcosp on August 11, 2021, 09:52:17 AM
Due to doubts concerning the veracity of some major information I noted in my thread, I made the choice to delete it. It will stay off until I'm able to fully correct my summary.

Thank you for this thread.
Could you list the blood tests you did and the values, even when it's normal?
As for blood pressure, you can buy a small tensiometer, it's rather easy to find.
I understand that you have mild tachycardia all the time, and that your heart rhythm goes back to normalcy after an orgasm. For how long does it stay normal? 1 to 3 days like your other symptoms, or less? And does your tachycardia decrease if you abstain completely from sexual arousal for a sufficiently long time (let's say days, or even weeks)? I'm asking because I may have something similar but it's not clear yet.
Did there was a specific context when your POIS appeared? (health issues, medications, stress...)

Hello Prospero,
Yes, I plan to indicate the other values I have gotten from my blood tests when I have access to them. I'm not home at the moment.
I already bought a tensiometer. I should get it during the next week.
I can't tell for how long my heart rhythm stays low. I'll update so you know, but right now I can already say I remember seeing it at 80 even the second day after O.
80-95 bpm is not really accurate, but it's the value I got a few days after the first time I tested my heart rhythm while having POIS. I was taking griffonia for a few weeks and it was lowering my heart rhythm. Without it, my heart rhythm is in the range 90-100.

I'm having an O once per week. I don't get sexually aroused voluntarily but it's still common for me to get aroused, average twice per day I would say. I will update this post to tell what my heart rhythm is while having POIS from that. However, I can already tell it is as high as usual following this period. I will update to confirm what it is, in a few days in the morning.

I don't know if my POIS appeared during my puberty or if it was already here the first time I got an O, so I can't answer your last question.

Thank you for participating to the discussion ! You can contact me in PM if you need private informations.
