Usually takes 12-20 hours for the full portfolio of symptoms to arrive but the first symptom predictably arrives within an hour. I get chills all over my face and body. Everything feels hot and cold at the same time and I often start sweating a little. Wondering if I'm alone in that.
-
I'm the same. Sometimes after O I get freezing cold and shiver, sometimes I get so hot I sweat and can't sleep.

Same here. Hot and cold changes. It's all hormonal imbalances (testosterone, nor/adrenaline, oxitocin, dopamine, estrogen etc) - just the same symptoms that occurs in menopause. Basically we must get those suckers in normal ranges by:
- Reducing stress
- Healing the gut and intestines
- Eating a pro-hormonal diet (PALEO-diet-ish)
- Cut down on the faps
- Get som circulation and exercise
- Take nutrition for hormones (B-complex, zink, magnesium, vitamin A/E/D)
-
Same thing for me. It usually lasts 4-5 days. Exercise used to help but not anymore.
Have you tried anything that help with that?
-
I know that somethings works, but I'm not sure what, because I tend to bring in the big arsenal with supplements each time it happens. I think the liver detox supplement, good sleep and not eating sugar, coffee and fodmap does the most and relax.

Same for me, too. In my case, it now happens almost instantly, and lasts for a day, sometimes two, even if the other symptoms don't appear. My skin feels warm, as if blood was rushing to the skin all over my body, but I feel cold inside and start shivering at random times even if the environment is warm. Sometimes it's more extreme, sometimes less, but it happens every time, and now that my symptoms have worsened, it happens with arousal too.
Exercising for a bit used to make this symptom disappear, but now that I have exercise intolerance I can't do that. Sunlight seems to help, though.
