There are 13 types of EDS: Hypermobile EDS (hEDS) is the most common type. Other types of EDS include classical EDS, vascular EDS and kyphoscoliotic EDS. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/ehlers-danlos-syndromes/

I can bend my thumbs backwards, can reach the palms together at the back, and sometimes if I sat too long, standing up can give diziness and I have thin tall lanky physique but don't think I have joint hypermobility, idk what normal skin stretchability is like, not sure about everything else.

I can bend my thumbs backwards.

This can be a sign of EDS.

I just noticed that I have knotted connective issue all the way on my inner arm (specially on the biceps) and some other places too where the skin is softer (sides of the chest). I can't see the knots but if I pinch/rub with my finger I can feel "long-spun" bumps everywhare from the size between 0,5 cm to 2 cm. It doesnt feels like it is in the mucsles because they are still "over" the muscles when I tighten them. I think I had them many years and they don't hurt at allt. My girlfriend doesnt have them. Does anyone else have this, you Journey? Maybe it's normal for men?

Update: There is a symptom called "Darier-Roussy subcutaneous sarcoidosis (https://dermnetnz.org/topics/darier-roussy-subcutaneous-sarcoidosis/)" or "Subcutaneous Nodules" that matches my symptoms. They are present at 3-30% of patients with reumatic fever.
