Significant effect:
Amphetamines (low dose, adult dosage: 35mg Vyvanse)
Palmitoylethanolamide
CBD (if you can afford)
Hemp Oil (you can get $10 from amazon)

NOTE: Consult your doctor or an expert that knows your current meds, above is for your research only.

Fatty foods in general nourish your brain (mild efffect)
Massage (discount it at your own peril, this little thing increases Oxytocin significantly)
Meditate (has a very mild calming effect)

I also saw your other post about motivation. I think before trying supplements, try to change your diet, e.g. cut out wheat, dairy, eggs for 2 weeks and see if that changes anything. Replace them with vegetable and fruits.

It is a fatty acid amide, similar to annanamide (the cannaboid bliss molecule).  Activates PPAR alpha  while reducing FAAH gene activity (that breaks down the annanamide) making you feel chill.

I developed a rash under my chin, I dont know if it is due to Palmitoylethanolamide.  Have stopped it to see if the rash goes away.  I hope its not Covid :)  Well, if you dont hear from me in a weeks time, it means that perhaps I became one of the many casualties of this pandemic!
