Hi DEANNX,

Some people is doing some diets. In my case I have noticed clearly that gluten free diet is helping me.

But I think it is not the only diet people on this forum is doing...

In my case, POIS is also during for months. It seems that some of us can trigger POIS symptoms not only with arousal or any emission....

You can read here:
https://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=2752.0

Maybe you also have a different trigger not directly linked to arousal/any emission?

It's difficult for me to gain weight. The other way around, I'm losing it because of digestive problems....

Could it be cortisol deficiency? Cortisol is one of the main anti-inflammatory hormones. Lack of sun, sleep and too much stress might lead to low cortisol.

I think weight gain isnt the issue, even when i put on weight, I still cant seem to store fat on my face especially around the eyes, very little fat
