Title: An Interesting Article from the NY Times about Diet and Autoimmunity

Hi All,

I read this story today and thought of this forum. :-)

It is not about POIS, and is not meant to push a treatment or suggest dietary recommendations -- not at all!!  I just found it very interesting, and was reminded of some of the issues that arise on this forum -- about diet, supplements, and autoimmunity.

(I'm not implying that POIS is an autoimmune disorder -- I have no idea what POIS is!!!)

It's an amazing story -- and I hope you enjoy reading it.
