Sameer, what do you want us to say???
You're going to do it, you know what will happen when you do and there's nothing any of us can do about it.
Most posters would say, take some niacin first and wait for the flush. I suggest that you take it slow but nobody is going to stop you having an O.
There's lots of interesting information on this forum and you have to read it carefully and make up your own mind.
There is no definitive cure here.

We all live with this same dilemma, I feel deep disgust with myself after O, as I'm wasting the following few days and subsequently my life. If a high sex drive is the problem there are anti depressants out there which lowers libido and can make living with POIS easier, might be worth perusing it with your doctor.

i am abstaning it for 2 months now...........
omg ..... i cant now ....
thanku , this is bad then cancer ...... GOD please help us ............
antidepresent u mean proxetene ...... but the side affects are bed ..........

two months is really good. try to sleep it off to night you might just be getting a rush of testosterone. If you cant
try niacin before orgasm and then some antiinflammatory drugs after orgasm. and dont do more than one orgasm it will defeat the drugs.

Sameer7777,
I hope you don't mind my leaping in here, not having POIS, being female, etc. I hope I'm not stepping over any boundary by this post.
Sameer -- I have a 57-year-old husband and a 27-year-old son -- both healthy, thank God! I cannot imagine either of them abstaining from sexual activity for more than a few days -- at the most!
(My son doesn't discuss his sex life with me! But since he's been ~ 11 or 12 y/o, he's been DRIVEN by testosterone -- it's been obvious! And that's the way it's supposed to be. He's very intelligent, successful, etc. But testosterone rules men's lives -- and for some -- rules them way into old age!
All I mean to say is -- don't beat yourself up over this, try to accept that you might feel miserable for a several days, but gather strength from the support on this site. You will make it through the next days or weeks. You've done it before.
Try to keep in mind that you're not alone with it, that people like Demo survived POIS (I don't think he knows how he did it!) for at least 50 years with no support from a forum like this one, and that you will survive also!
This POIS -- whatever it is -- is a nightmare!! But you'll awaken from that nightmare one of these days, so have faith!
There will be a cause and a treatment found.
In the meantime, listen to the words of your fellow POIS comrades (like CertainlyPOIS and kurtosis) who also suffer from POIS and have just offered some kindness and words of wisdom.
(Green -- there is no reason to feel disgust with yourself over this!!! Not one!)
Remember, Sameer7777 -- you have a MEDICAL DISORDER -- it's not you, it's the disorder.
There have been two very thoughtful suggestions for you by CertainlyPOIS and kurtosis in response to your post -- (1) "don't do more than one orgasm" and (2) "take it slow."
Try to heed their advice, and remember that you're not alone with this!!

Sameer,
Try a prescription for Celebrex. That really helped me. Also, I know you were one of the people that had some intolerance to Niacin but you should really talk to a doctor and see if there's a way you could get over it (or find another compound that similarly discharges the body's histimine). It's kind of a miracle worker.

Have you tried niacinamide?
You could try taking slow release niacin (sometimes called slo-niacin) and methionine every day. They're cheap and easily available in chemists and health food shops.

Just to explain a question I got about this. Metionine, b6 and b12 are used to help create SAM-e and to enable it to breakdown the byproducts of the conversion of niacinamide to NADH. Taking NADH bypasses that problem but it costs a lot more.
It appears that there's an NADH patent and some companies suing other companies over infringement of "intellectual property". Odd considering it's produced in the body naturally but it's probably a patent on the manufacturing process. I could buy official enada NADH and NADH produced by another manufacturer. I'm not noticing any difference in them so I'd shop around to find the best price on NADH.
Slo-release niacin requires more breakdown of metabolites and increases the load on your liver. However, it's a constant dose whereas the non "slow release" form of niacinamide sees a lot of it excreted in the urine.
What I'm saying is I'd try niacinamide first for a week or so to see how well it works before the slow release kind and I wouldn't take the slow release kind without getting some extra b6, b12 and methionine to support its breakdown. I hope that makes sense.

Sorry I did not understand what are the feedbacks of my questions ???
